Should & Shouldn’t for Cleaning Your Vulva

Let’s talk about what you should be using to clean your vulva and what you should not be using.

Just say no to
• Summer’s Eve,
• Vagisil,
• douches, and
• most wipes. Mm mm.

These feminine washes, even the fragrance free ones, still have lots of things in them that can irritate your vulva. Like, essential oils. Completely unnecessary.

Same thing with Vagisil. So, lots of fragrances, chemicals, and things that can kill off the good bacteria, and can give you allergic reactions, and really hurt the sensitive skin of your vulva.

Douches are no. Your vagina should not smell like Sweet Romance. Mm mm.

Wipes, again, are really harsh on your sensitive vulva or skin. Even these sensitive ones.

Alright, let’s talk about the good guys out there
• Vana cream. Free and clear liquid cleanser. Awesome. Totally okay to clean your vulva.
• Same goes for Cetaphil. Thumbs up from me.
• Good old-fashioned Dove. Some women find soap drying, but if you don’t this is a great.
• and, Dr. Bronner’s unscented castile soap. Another good option.

Remember these companies make money off of you feeling dirty. Don’t fall for it.
